Farming Guide
Learn about TrappedMC's custom farming system, including crop progression, special crates, and boss encounters.

Crop System
Higher tier crops are locked behind various requirements ranging from McMMO level to player rank. You must prestige at least once to begin farming. Like vanilla Minecraft, crops need sufficient light level to grow properly.

Farm Setup
- Farms can only be built in prestige cells
- Proper lighting and water sources are required
- Dirt can be:
- Purchased from the server shop
- Obtained for free from the Resource Mine
- Seeds are available for purchase in the server shop

Recommended Tools
- Fortune 3 and Unbreaking 3 are recommended for hoes
- Hoes only take durability when tilling dirt, not from harvesting
#
Locked Crops
- Wheat (Requires Prestige 1)
- Beetroot (Requires Level 750 + Prestige 3)
- Potatoes (Requires Level 1,500 + Prestige 5)
- Carrots (Requires Level 2,500 + Prestige 10)
Progression
Your farming progress is tracked through McMMO levels. Higher levels unlock better crops and rewards.

Farming Crates
Unlock special farming crates starting at McMMO farming level 500.

Crate Tiers
Each higher crate tier unlocks at a higher level:
- Inmate (Level 500-1,000)
- Prisoner (Level 1,000-1,500)
- Convict (Level 1,500-2,000)
- Felon (Level 2,000+)

Boss Encounters
Encounter powerful farming bosses rarely that can provide you with a prestige farming key.

Boss Requirements
- Unlock summoning farming bosses starting at McMMO farming level 1,250
- Encountering a boss is instantaneous, so be prepared before you start farming
#
