# Understanding Prestige

The prestige system is TrappedMC's advanced progression path for players who have mastered the standard ranks.

# What is Prestige?

Prestige allows you to reset your progress in exchange for permanent benefits:

You start over from Rank A with $0
You gain a prestige level (P1, P2, P3, etc.)
You unlock new content and benefits with each prestige level
Your progress becomes faster with each prestige

What Resets and What Doesn't

When you prestige, your money balance will reset to $0 and you'll start back at Rank A. However, your cryptocurrency, inventory items, tokens, and other valuables will remain intact. Plan accordingly by spending your money on permanent upgrades before prestiging!

# Prestige Requirements

To be eligible for prestige, you must:

Reach the highest standard rank (Rank Z)
Complete all required quests for your current rank
Have enough money for the prestige cost
Type /rankup to initiate the process

# Prestige Levels and Progression

The maximum prestige level is Prestige 25. After reaching P25, players can advance to Champion rank, which resets them back to P1 but with Champion status and additional benefits.

Champion is an advanced progression tier that becomes available after reaching Prestige 25. When you become a Champion, you'll start again at P1 but with Champion status, unlocking even more exclusive content and benefits.

# Prestige Rewards

Prestiging offers numerous advantages that make the reset worthwhile.

# Access to Prestige Content

Prestiging unlocks access to exclusive content:

Prestige-only mines and areas
Special prestige-only items and gear
Unique gameplay features unavailable to standard players

Prestiging is highly recommended for long-term players. The exclusive content and access to prestige-only features make each subsequent playthrough more rewarding.

Note that prestige players can still interact with, trade with, and join gangs with non-prestige players. The only separation is in certain areas like mines and cells.

# Prestige Quests

Prestige players gain access to exclusive quests:

More challenging objectives
Better rewards than standard quests
Unique items only available through prestige quests

# Prestige Enchantments

One of the most valuable benefits of prestiging is access to powerful enchantments.

Prestige enchantments are significantly more powerful than standard enchantments:

Higher maximum levels
More powerful effects
Unique abilities not available to non-prestige players

# Obtaining Prestige Enchantments

To get prestige enchantments:

Access the Prestige Crate at /warp p1
Use Prestige Keys to open prestige crates

Enchantment Compatibility

Prestige enchantments can be combined with standard enchantments on the same tool, allowing for extremely powerful gear combinations.

# Prestige Cells

Prestige players have access to a different housing system than standard players.

# Permanent Cell Ownership

Unlike standard cells that require regular rent payments:

Prestige cells are purchased once and owned permanently
No need to worry about rent or cell expiration
More space and customization options than standard cells

Cell Transition

When you prestige, you will lose access to your standard rental cell at the end of its current rent timer. Make sure to save the appropriate amount of crypto currency to get your prestige cell in time!

# Creating and Accessing Your Prestige Cell

To get your prestige cell:

Simply type /cell create to create your permanent prestige cell
Access your cell at any time with /cell home
Manage upgrades and settings through /cell menu
Begin customizing your permanent home

# Cell Upgrades

Prestige cells can be upgraded with various improvements. Each upgrade has multiple levels with increasing benefits and costs:

# Member Cap

Level 1: 1 member (standard)
Level 2: 3 members (10,000 tokens)
Level 3: 6 members (15,000 tokens)
Level 4: 8 members (25,000 tokens)

# Cell Size

Level 1: 9x8x9 (standard)
Level 2: 17x8x17 (5,000 tokens)
Level 3: 25x8x25 (7,500 tokens)
Level 4: 33x16x33 (10,000 tokens)
Level 5: 41x16x41 (12,000 tokens)
Level 6: 49x32x49 (15,000 tokens)
Level 7: 49x48x49 (25,000 tokens)
Level 8: 49x64x49 (50,000 tokens)

# Block Limits (Hoppers)

Level 1: 10 hoppers (standard)
Level 2: 35 hoppers (250 tokens)
Level 3: 70 hoppers (500 tokens)
Level 4: 100 hoppers (1,000 tokens)
Level 5: 125 hoppers (1,500 tokens)
Level 6: 150 hoppers (2,500 tokens)
Level 7: 200 hoppers (15,000 tokens)
Level 8: 300 hoppers (30,000 tokens)

All costs are one-time payments for permanent upgrades. Purchase these upgrades through the cell menu.
