# Game Version

Choosing the right Minecraft version is crucial for compatibility with TrappedMC's features.

TrappedMC is compatible with Minecraft versions 1.21.1 and above. We recommend using version 1.21.4 for the best experience and full access to all server features.

# Video Settings

Render Distance: 8-12 chunks recommended
Graphics: Fast for performance, Fancy for visuals
Particles: Decreased or Minimal
Entity Distance: 50-75%
Smooth Lighting: Off for performance

# Resource Packs

TrappedMC is compatible with most resource packs. For the best experience:

Use 16x or 32x textures for better performance
Avoid heavy shader packs in crowded areas
Choose resource packs that are compatible with Minecraft 1.21.x

mcMMO Notification Settings	Set notification settings for how often your mcMMO level announces level-ups
Chat Notification Settings	Set whether Warden and Announcements are enabled, or for ULTRA Rank+, disable player chat completely
Chamber Notification Settings	Set notifications for when chat notifies you of a player looting a chamber
Alert Settings	Set whether the server should message you with a drop confirmation, durability warning, or if your inventory is full
Death Messages	Set whether the server should show you when a player dies

# Scoreboard Settings

Customize the information displayed on your scoreboard for a cleaner interface or more detailed stats.

Progress Indicator	Temporarily Disabled
Balance Type	Set your scoreboard to show a shortened balance, the full balance, or a % to rankup
