Reporting Bugs
If you've encountered a bug while playing on the server, you can report it through our Discord server.
Bug Report Requirements
When reporting a bug, please include:
- What you were doing when the bug occurred
- Any error messages you received
- Steps to reproduce the bug
- Screenshots or video evidence if possible

If you need to report a player for breaking server rules, we have a dedicated system to handle these reports.
Player Report Requirements
When reporting a player, please include:
- The player's username
- What rule they broke
- When the incident occurred
- Evidence (screenshots, chat logs, etc.)

Common Support Questions
When should I contact staff? Contact staff for issues that cannot be resolved through normal gameplay or when you need assistance with something not covered in the guides.
How long until I get a response? Most Discord support requests are answered within a few hours. Complex issues may take longer to resolve.
Can I DM staff members? Please use the appropriate public channels first. Staff may invite you to DM for sensitive issues.
